I'm Andres, a Defect Reproduction Engineer with a growing focus on security.
Short summary:
- Day to day I reproduce bugs and trace them to the root cause, digging through logs, APIs and edge cases, then writing up what I find for teams across the company.
- That investigation work sparked my interest in the security side of things: not just how something broke, but how someone could break it on purpose.
- I'm currently working through PEH (Practical Ethical Hacking) to learn the fundamentals before going for the PJPT (Practical Junior Penetration Tester) and PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester) certifications.
- Next steps are on my roadmap.
